To “refresh” would give the impression at one point something was fresh. It’s like pushing the reset button. This can give us the opportunity to have another outlook on the situation which could be life in general.
This is definitely not the same as “rewind” which would give the understanding that you are about to do the same thing again. If the results produced have not been what you wanted, rewinding is not the direction for you.
Most of us are ready to move on and have a fresh perspective on the next challenge, opportunity or phase that is in store. If you are ready to refresh this is the right place. Some feel like they are lost and must constantly rewind and play again the same frame of life over and over.
