FEBRUARY IS HEART MONTH
Talking it out makes the time go by. Communication is a fundamental part of any successful relationship. My wife calls it GGC with the C being communication. I will have to blog about the whole acronym later.
Communication is a give and take process. A little talking and a little listening. Your thought and my thought. If you find someone that doesn’t understand this process the conversation is going to be one sided and probably dominated by one person.
Talking it out strengthens relationships. I was out to dinner with my wife and we had a long wait. We started taking and before we knew it our table was ready. So we stopped our conversation until we were seated. Then we started taking again. After all these years there’s still plenty to talk about.
The word of God gives us examples of how we should always be in communication with him. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing. Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Communication with God happens through prayer. Out of all the people we talk with, be sure to talk with God. After all these years there’s still plenty to talk about.
